About UsThe El Centro Police Activities League is a self-funded non-profit youth crime prevention program founded by the
El Centro Police Department in 1994. Youth from all over Imperial County attending our programs. (El Centro Brawley, Calexico, Imperial, Seeley, Heber, Holtville and Calipatria). At El Centro PAL we provided affordable quality afterschool programs with a law enforcement mentoring nexus and a crime prevention message. El Centro PAL presently operates a youth center and serves youth with programs such as Soccer, Wrestling, Boxing, Golf, Softball, Bicycle Repair and Safety, Arts and Crafts, Cooking, and educational programs. In 2026-27 El Centro PAL is deploying Project Deter, an informative project that talks to youth and their parents on the misuse and addiction to opioids. Read the article on El Centro PAL in
